1. What we collect
We collect your email address, name, date of birth, the stories you create, and the images you generate.
2. How we use it
We use your information to generate stories via OpenAI, manage your account, and deliver transactional email via Resend.
3. Data storage
Account and story data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Images are stored in Supabase Storage.
4. Retention
Stories are kept for 6–24 months depending on your plan (see pricing for details), or until you delete them. Pin a story to preserve it indefinitely.
5. Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings. Data export is coming soon.

7. POPIA
We comply with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
8. GDPR
EU users have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including data portability and the right to erasure.
